Scenes from the Neighbourhood

It's never a happy time when a construction crew sets up on your street, but these guys have to be the most laid-back workers (non-governmental) Tearfree has ever encountered. After a huge dump truck dropped off their stones, they all got out their chairs and had a nice mid-morning coffee break before they even started work. They were even happy to let Tearfree take their picture before she left for the day. It remains to be seen what they'll be up to tomorrow.

I dunno. A few of those guys look quite cute. As long as they weren't power drilling, I think I'd be quite happy to see them on my street.

I'm trying to think of the last time I saw a work crew working. It had to have happened at least once.

Anybody remember the "Sopranos", they devoted amost an entire season to the fact of having extra people at job sites, ripping off governments (under privelage housing scandals) and kicking the crap out of the real hard working people who question any of what these people get up to.

Ever stop to think where the writers for that show get their material.

I find the whole construction boots and shorts look can can indeed be flattering but it has to be on the right man.

These guys need to spend a few days at the logging camp or working in a hospital.
