Urgent shoe question
OK, has anyone actually worn these things and, if so, can you please give us a report on the comfort level?
While Tearfree doubts they’re anywhere near as bad as, say, a burka or a thong, she finds it hard to believe that a plastic shoe is the ultimate in comfortable summer footwear.

Dude, those are hideous. It takes an awful lot of ugliness for me to say dude. Also, my fashion sense is piss poor, and I still think those are pretty darned ugly.
Just to clarify, I have no intention of buying them.
I aminterested only in finding out if it's true they are as comfortable as people are claiming.
They look completely uncomfortable to me.
my stepdaughter has them and they are insanely comfortable. hideous, yes, but unbelievably comfortable and all the rage in NYC, if you can believe it.
My mother-in-law and cousin both wear them, and swear they're very comfortable. They apparently mold to the shape of your feet.
I've been told that only the real-deal Crocs are comfortable - if you go off-brand apparently they're not nearly as good.
now this is advice i can use. i learn something new every day here, although i am disappointed no one weighed in on my thong problems.
beauty is painful.
if these are comfortable, then the general rule of thumb is that they are f*ckin' ugly, or 'fugly' for short since you don't like the swearing.
nurses wear these shoes/sandals (shandals? neither a shoe nor a sandal - discuss) because they are comfortable and extremely light weight.
but nurses also wear fugly pyjamas for daily uniforms.

Anonymous, that is a good point about nurses, but you are having a swearing relapse and must clean up your act if you're going to continue to post here.

OMG you are so rules rules rules. RTK, you NEED a vacation on your own so you can toss the rules for a minute. seriously kiddo - chillax! no swearing. get a handle. only if you've worn the crocs. must take kids. rules rules grrr rules. live a little. throw caution to the wind. break wind for once. you think your poop doesn't stink but your farts give you away!!!! sheesh.
